- Use a modern wireless router that supports 802.11ac. If strong WiFi isn't available, connect with a USB cable.
Shipping and Returns
International Orders: Shipping rates will vary depending on your country and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to your country's import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for these fees. Standard shipping orders usually take 14-21 business days to be delivered once shipped.
We do not mark packages as gifts.
*For orders shipped to the UK under £135 and to the EU under €150, we've partnered with Passport Shipping as the Seller. VAT and duties will be calculated and charged at checkout. You must select the Passport Shipping option to utilize this.

Which Luna Display type should I get?
Luna comes in two versions:
- USB-C: For Macs and modern PCs
- HDMI: For older PC models

What are the system requirements for Luna?
Primary device (the computer you plug Luna into):
- Primary Mac: 2011 model or newer; running macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later
- Primary PC: Windows 10 64-bit, build 1809 or later
Secondary device (your second display):
- Secondary iPad: iOS 13.1 or later; 32-bit devices are not supported
- Secondary Mac: macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later
Can I use Luna with an adapter?
We do not recommend using Luna Display with any kind of adapter. To guarantee reliable performance, Luna must be plugged directly into your Mac or PC.
How much latency can I expect with Luna?
Latency is dependent on multiple factors with your workspace. Learn how to minimize latency →
- Latency over WiFi connections is 7-25ms. WiFi performance can be optimized by using a modern router that supports 802.11ac, using the 5 GHz band, and moving closer to your router.
- Luna over wired connections is 1-4ms and is ideal for users seeking the lowest-latency connection available. Speed can be impacted by cable integrity and length.
Can I use my iMac as a monitor for my Mac or PC?

Will Luna work with my employer-provided computer?
Reach out to your company’s IT Department to confirm that Luna can be used with your device. Some employers have security protocols put in place (such as firewalls) that can block the connection between your devices.

Remember when tech was cool and liberating? You will, with astropad!
In the last few years, everything feels a veneer of novelty (phone, tablets are iterating in price and frustration, constantly heavier, less durable, less flexible, with unusable AI features). The ipad pro is the canonical example of this trend of unmet possibilities, due to ipadOS.
Pair your astropad with a cheap new macmini and any ipad (whatever old) and you now have what the ipad pro was supposed to be: a slim/flexible powerhouse on the go. I am blown away at this experience and this is only ONE usage for astropad.
For context: I received zero support from astropad, I'm a computer science professor just happy to see finally one brillant product in the post covid world.

I’ve been using Luna display for couple of months and I can say it’perfect thing. With Luna stick you are able to use your Mac, wireless, as a second monitor for your PC laptop and that’s awsome! Since now I’ve had a few times issue with connection, but after all it works very well and I would recommend it to all.
