FAQs
Can I use the pencil tips without the screen protector? → The ballpoint pencil tip is designed to be used with the screen protector to create a realistic drawing experience. When interacting with the native iPad screen, we'd recommend using the standard Apple Pencil tip for the best experience. We don't recommend using the ballpoint tip without the screen protector.
Can I use the Rock Paper Pencil screen protector if I have a case with a lip, bumper, or raised edge? → While we haven't been able to test every iPad case out there, we have found that our screen protector works with cases that have a raised edge.
Is Rock Paper Pencil compatible with a Smart Keyboard? → Yes, Rock Paper Pencil and the Smart Keyboard can be used together!
Will I still be able to use the touchscreen of my iPad with the screen protector installed? → Yes. Your iPad will still recognize inputs from your fingers during use. You'll be able to interact with your touchscreen and use features like the on-screen keyboard while the screen protector is attached.
Can I use Rock Paper Pencil simultaneously with another screen protector? → We do not recommend using the Rock Paper Pencil screen protector on top of another screen protector. Doing so may prevent your iPad from detecting gestures and strokes, leading to a reduction in precision during use.

My third time purchasing! They get a little scuffed from the pen tip, but the texture is great.

I love my Astropad! I had a little difficulty with the pen the first time around as it scratched the pad but it was instantly sorted by the team and a replacement arrived in the post within a few days. That’s great service & listening to your customers.

Right amount of grip. Much more resistant and durable than the other brands, also the contrast is better than others because of its nano texture. As I use also the pen without the protector I haven’t changed my pen tips and it’s still a great feeling.

It was so quick and easy to put on my iPad, I couldn't believe it. I was using it 5 minutes after it came out of the package. I like how the surface slows my Apple pencil just a bit, so my drawings are more like using a lead pencil on paper. I will totally buy this again, and recommend it highly.

My very first time using Rock Paper Pencil (RPP) with my 13 inch M4 lpad Pro. I have tried other similar products that use magnets to adhere onto the screen. Without doubt the RPP has the most secure fit onto the screen - it doesn't lift at the corners and remains securely bound. It was extremely easy to apply and remove from the screen. Combined with the included pencil tips, the RPP provides a very satisfying writing and drawing experience. I also was pleasantly surprised how good the tandem OLED screen quality still looked while using the RPP. HIGHLY recommend for those who love to draw and write text. Well done.
