FAQs
Does the planner update automatically when my calendar changes? → Yes. Rock Daily Planner syncs with Apple Calendar and updates events as your schedule changes. Syncing happens automatically, but it might take a minute or two before the planner updates.
Does Rock Daily Planner work offline? → Yes. You can write, plan, and browse your pages without a connection. Features that rely on live data, like weather and calendar updates, will resume once you’re back online.
Can I export my notes? → Yes! Rock Daily Planner allows users to export any note in either a PDF or PNG format. From there, it can be sent as a message or saved as a standalone file.
Do I need an Apple Pencil, or can I use another stylus? → Rock Daily Planner is optimized for Apple systems, and that includes the Apple Pencil. For other styluses, you’ll need to enable touch-based drawing, as Apple Pencil uses different technologies to enhance handwriting accuracy and responsiveness.
How is Rock Daily Planner different from a standard PDF planner? → The biggest difference is that Rock Daily Planner is an app, so it’s fully interactive and can connect with other apps in a way that PDF planners simply can’t.
Plus, because Rock Daily Planner is designed specifically for iPadOS and isn’t something that must be loaded into a note-taking app (Goodnotes, Notability, etc.) it’s more customizable. Blocks can be manipulated, enabled, or disabled to adjust to your current routine. Weather and location data can be synced.
PDFs apps are locked to a specific format/layout. The only way to change your planner is to download a new PDF in a different layout. While Rock Daily Planner has a standardized format, it’s far more flexible over the long term than a PDF solution.
